Do you need more information

Gram-negative bacteria can be responsible for infections including wound/surgical site infections, pneumonia and meningitis. As they are highly and increasingly resistant to multiple drugs, preventing the spread of these organisms is a key goal in the healthcare setting. VITEK® 2 ID cards are convenient and safe self-contained, disposable cards developed for use with the VITEK®2 family of instruments. The VITEK®2 GN ID card is an effective means of rapidly and accurately identifying a broad range of Gram-negative Enterobacteriaceae, non-Enterobacteriaceae and highly pathogenic organisms.
